make alove foundation of your entire life--start at home and see how you can expand your defination of love and care to all areas of existance--believe nothing , no matter where you read it, or who said it no matter if i have said it, unless you agrees with it your own reason and your own common sense --the mind is every thing , what we think we become---ever watching little kids make friends? sometimes there is no reason-as to why they meet , how they fight , or when they make up really , we are all just little kids in bigger bodies -- dont take it seriously---we are not usually one to be jealous or possesive but those qualities come out in a big way to day-- if you try to mitigate the worst of it, you should be able to deal with the consequences that are sure to come--- take kind hearted approach when dealing with people-- be merciful to others who are not blessed in the departments of assertion and precision----being happy does not mean that every thing is perfect, --it means that you have decided to look beyond the imperfections--- here i presented my ideas, make my points , never worry about the out comes
